Personal data

The use of personal data in the context of the Orten online sales site is processed by Proteor in compliance with the requirements of the European Personal Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The User's personal data is stored on the servers of the company Microsoft in France. Personal data relating to billing and payment are processed by the company Stripe, which undertakes to respect its obligations in terms of data protection

Purpose of the data collected

The data collected via the account creation form is necessary to identify the user and his or her company on the site and on all Orten software.

The data collected via this same form is also used to send news and commercial offers to users.

The User agrees to provide his/her personal data. The fields marked with * are mandatory in order to process the User's requests.

Types of data collected

• Personal data (name, first name, company, e-mail)

• Billing data (billing address, VAT number)

Non-disclosure of personal data

Proteor shall ensure the non-disclosure and non-communication of the personal data collected to unauthorized third parties.

The recipients of the User's Personal Data are the members of PROTEOR's Orten department.

The subcontractor Stripe is also a recipient of the data as a payment processor.

It will be kept until the User's account is deleted. In addition, PROTEOR will keep this data for 10 years after the deletion of the User's account in order to meet the applicable regulatory requirements.

Civil status and billing data may be transmitted to European partners in order to fulfill orders made online.

Right of access, rectification and opposition

The User may access the data concerning him/her, rectify them, request their deletion or exercise his/her right to the limitation or portability of his/her data processing. 

The User may withdraw his consent to the processing of his data at any time or object to the processing of his data.

To exercise his rights or for any question about the processing of his data via the Online Sales site, the User may contact the PROTEOR Data Protection Officer (DPO):
